Structure, and we sign it.
We do not do everything: we do the structure. Formwork, steel and concrete — the part of the job everything else depends on. If you need blockwork, finishes or full renovation, we will tell you honestly who does that well.

A structure shows in the details: steel tied before the concrete, shutters clamped before the pour, the surface that stays exposed. This is what we show.

How we work
Four steps, no surprises.
On a structure, what worries the owner is not knowing which stage it is at or what it will cost. That is what we settle at the start.

We see the drawings and the site
We go through the structural drawings and the state of the site. We measure what is needed and say plainly what the job requires.

Quote by measurement
Formwork, steel and concrete measured by length and area, with what is included and what may vary. In writing, so every euro is accounted for.

One person in charge
The same crew and the same foreman from the first column to the last slab, answering the phone and telling you where things stand.

Pouring, deadlines and clean-up
We follow the pour, strike the formwork at the right time and leave the site clean for whoever comes next.

We started in 2001, in Ferreiras, and grew doing structures: formwork, reinforcement and concreting across the Algarve. We know the climate, the local suppliers and the kind of building that lasts here.
